For the past 50 years, Cascades has been operating in the market of products made from recycled materials, such as industrial packs and cardboard boxes. Its goal by 2020, is to attain 20% of their sales through innovative new product launches.
To achieve this, Cascades’ innovation team called on BrandBourg strategists to paint a portrait of trends in two potential innovation arenas, to conduct an exhaustive analysis of these industry structures and to define the barriers of entry along with the key factors for success.
